About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 1 - 2 Speech Pathologist to join our team and make a genuine impact in the lives of children and their families. You will provide high-quality therapy services to school-aged children and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Therapy Plans:
 
Create effective, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the needs of school-aged children.
- Mobile Therapy Services:
 
Work from home completing session planning, reports, session notes and administration from 2pm daily.
Local travel to community settings such as schools and daycares to provide interventions.
Maximum of 4 clients per day.
- Comprehensive Progress Reporting:
 
Write detailed session notes to communicate progress with parents following each session.
- Collaborate in Team Meetings:
 
Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings alongside occupational therapists, psychologists, and behavior support practitioners.
Enjoy Team Lunches each week onsite at Dickson, ACT.
- Ongoing Professional Development:
 
Dedicate paid time weekly to professional development and refine your skills as a clinician.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
 - Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
 - Full working rights in Australia.
