Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of SuccessFactors consultants across functional and technical streams.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation and support for SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Compensation).
  • Ensure compliance with the client governance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the client stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/S4HANA using SAP CPI.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and foster team development.
  • Handle escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure post-go-live support.
