About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers post-implementation. Your goal is to drive adoption, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes, ensuring customers maximize the value of Infios SaaS solutions.
NOTE: This is a remote-based role; however, there will be opportunities for occasional office engagement, so candidates should be based in Melbourne area.
What A Day In the Life Looks Like:· Manage a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise accounts through the customer journey from closed won through to renewal.
· Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
· Monitor product usage and proactively address adoption challenges.
· Collaborate with Support and Product teams to resolve issues and escalate feedback.
· Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales for expansion.
· Responsible for renewals of agreements within assigned client base.
What You Bring To the Team:· 2–4 years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Familiarity with supply chain processes and SaaS platforms.
· Ability to analyze usage data and present recommendations.
