You'll get to be hands-on, tinkering with client's websites on a daily basis across a variety of CMS, whilst also building award-winning organic search (SEO) strategies

You should be able to 'walk the walk', that is, you're able to both articulate your ideas and implement them.

You'll work with linkbuilders, copywriters, technical SEO specialists and SEO strategists to produce results-driven SEO strategies that you'll be proud to put your name to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement your audit findings and other technical elements such as meta tags, internal linking, canonical tags, sitemap improvements, redirects, etc.
  • Writing detailed content briefs that appeal to E-E-A-T metrics using SEO best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify gaps in our client's content and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with the linkbuilding team to strategise link placements and grow your client's domain authority.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance including keyword movement, organic traffic growth and user behaviour, and end conversions using Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and more.
  • Report on what worked, what didn't and what we'll do next for our clients.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse on algorithm and industry changes and what that means for our clients.

Role Growth

Working closely with the founders and SEO director, you'll get to learn first-hand from some of the best SEO minds in the industry. As the SEO team is built out, the path for this role is progressing to an SEO lead, managing a squad of copywriters, linkbuilders and SEO specialists. We are firm believers in perfecting our craft and will provide all the necessary training to take your skills to the next level.

Required Experience & Skills
