This newly created leadership position sits at the heart of the fund. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you'll drive maturity across the risk management framework, champion a strong risk culture, and provide expert guidance to the executive team, Board and regulators. From embedding the three lines of defence model to shaping the resilience and risk strategy, your influence will extend across investment, operational, legal and financial crime domains.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 15+ years in senior risk leadership within a regulated financial services or superannuation environment.
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to translate complex regulation into practical, business-enabling frameworks.
  • Expertise across risk governance, AML/CTF and emerging risks, with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, law, or risk management, coupled with intellectual curiosity and professional integrity.
