Darling Downs Health is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services within the Geriatric, Adult Rehabilitation and Stroke Services (GARSS) unit in Toowoomba. Based primarily at the Baillie Henderson Hospital Campus, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support clients in their recovery journey. What your day will look like….
You'll collaborate closely with a supportive team of health professionals, delivering tailored physiotherapy care to adults requiring rehabilitation. Your day will be a dynamic mix of hands-on clinical work, engaging with patients in outpatient settings, contributing to team discussions, and mentoring junior staff and students. You'll apply evidence-based practices to both routine and complex cases, while also having the chance to shape service improvements and participate in research and education initiatives. Whether you're guiding a patient through recovery or helping refine clinical protocols, your work will be deeply impactful and professionally rewarding.
