The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate Wait Staff, Baristas, and Bar Tenders to join our teams across multiple venues. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, whether it's delivering seamless table service, preparing specialty coffee, or shaking up signature cocktails.

This is an exciting chance to work with some of Sydney's most dynamic hospitality teams in venues that are shaping the city's dining culture.

Our Venues

The Charles – A Good Food Guide hatted venue. Escape the city hustle and enjoy indulgent dining with a side of savoir-vivre, where our European cooking philosophy matches our commitment to service — refined, uncompromising, with effortless confidence. A place to wine, dine, or decamp, The Charles toasts to life lived well.

Genzo - Modern Japanese with flair. Inspired by Tokyo's neon-lit streets, Genzo blends the vibrant pulse of Japan with North Sydney's eclectic energy. A moody and electric atmosphere sets the stage for an unforgettable evening of culinary exploration.

Soluna - An LA-inspired all-day diner serving Mediterranean favourites like fresh handmade pasta and pizzas. With a bar, courtyard, and relaxed dining spaces, Soluna is perfect for anything from a quiet drink to a lively family dinner.

Sol Bread & Wine - A café, bakery, and wine bar. By day, a relaxed spot for coffee and fresh bread; by night, a modern European-inspired wine bar serving small plates and a carefully curated wine list.

Loulou Bistro - A Good Food Guide hatted French bistro, with two locations in Sydney's CBD and Milsons Point. Loulou offers classic Parisian-inspired fare in refined yet welcoming settings, transporting guests to the delis of Europe and the bistros of New York.

Poetica Bar & Grill - A Good Food Guide hatted venue. Located opposite the Victoria Cross Metro station, Poetica celebrates fire, wood, and charcoal. Featuring a Josper oven, custom hearth, and 700-bottle wine wall, it's a modern Sydney bar and grill with elegance and flair.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality roles (café, bar, or restaurant) preferred
  • Passion for genuine service and hospitality
  • Strong beverage knowledge (coffee, wine, or cocktails) highly regarded
  • A team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Adaptable and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment
