Nestled in the CBD, The Bristol is a newly refurbished, multi-faceted precinct, boasting a rooftop bar, cocktail lounge, public bar, sports bar, Greek restaurant, and premium nightclub space. About the Role:

We're seeking friendly and enthusiastic Wait Staff to join our team at our Greek restaurant, Ela Ela. If you're customer-focused, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity to deliver exceptional service and be part of an exciting venue.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and liaise with kitchen and bar teams
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Maintain clean and organised tables and work areas
  • Provide attentive service, anticipating guest needs and resolving any concerns
  • Assist with restaurant setup, including table settings and polishing cutlery/glassware
  • Support smooth service by collaborating with the team
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all health, safety, and venue standards

About You

  • Experience as wait staff in a restaurant, café, or bar environment preferred (fine dining or hatted experience a bonus, not essential)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including lunch, dinner, and weekends
  • Reliable, well-presented, and guest-focused
