The Role
We're seeking experienced, safety-focused Scaffolders to join our dynamic team for ongoing maintenance works at Worsley Alumina.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing crew delivering structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) solutions. You'll play a key role in erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities

  • Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures
  • Check levels in scaffolding structures
  • Collaborate, manage or guide scaffolding teams to safely deliver quality work
  • Structural, Mechanical, Piping (SMP) projects and maintenance
  • Shutdown maintenance activities
  • Mine site refurbishment
  • Major asset overhauls
  • Various project works

About You

  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Construction White Card
  • Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
  • Advanced (Desired)/Intermediate Scaffolder High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Advanced (Desired)/Intermediate Scaffolding Verification of Competency (VOC)
  • Working at Heights Certificate (valid)
  • Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate (valid)
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and safety
  • Willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to expand your skillset
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
  • Living local or just outside Collie area (Desirable)
