The Role

As a Content Creator, you'll bring hospitality brands to life through video, photography, and social-first creative. You'll mainly shoot, and sometimes edit, to deliver content that stops thumbs, tells stories, and drives engagement.

This role suits someone who's as comfortable filming a busy brunch service as they are polishing a reel in the edit suite. You'll work closely with our teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content that fits each client's vibe. While most shoots take place during the day, occasional evening work (around 5pm onwards) may be required depending on venue operations.

What You'll Do

Create video and photo content for social media and digital campaigns

Edit for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Reels

Stay across social trends and use them to inspire new ideas

Manage on-location shoots with hospitality clients

Collaborate with our internal teams to bring briefs to life

Travel across Melbourne for shoots (transport required)

What We're Looking For

Content creation experience

Strong skills in both video and photography for social platforms, especially videography

Confident using Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut — or keen to learn

Great communication skills and the ability to work independently. You'll be interacting with clients directly and representing the company.

Interest or experience in hospitality content (food, drinks, venues)

A valid driver's licence and your own transport, fuel card and compensation provided, of course.
