We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Team Leader who have great communication skills to join our team at Essence Hotel Chermside (541 Rode Rd, Chermside QLD 4032).

Requirements for this position:

  • Hotel housekeeping experience.
  • Part Time position - Day shift - Days can vary (if you work on the weekend, the rate will be higher)

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service approach and ability to follow directions and work autonomously. We are ideally looking for someone with some housekeeping experience and additional training will be provided to complete your role effectively and safely.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
  • Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and well-maintained
  • Restock supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Provide excellent service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness.

You need to demonstrate:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
