This well-established, family-owned business is located in a prime position, directly opposite SkyCity Casino and the Adelaide Convention Centre, and just a short five-minute walk from Adelaide Oval and the Riverbank precinct.

Our venue features the Verandah Bar and Dining, offering the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor experiences.

Functions and private events are a key part of what we do, from corporate boardroom meetings to milestone celebrations. We take pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We are now seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a hospitality professional with proven experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
  • Lead by example to maintain service standards and drive team performance.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support the coordination and execution of functions and events.
  • Contribute to strategies that enhance revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
