As we head into a busy season, we're looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our close-knit team.

We're currently hiring for Restaurant Manager:

  • As our Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house team to deliver an elevated and seamless dining experience that reflects the standards of fine dining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service
  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain a positive and high-performing team culture
  • Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow for efficient service
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and owners to highlight local produce and beverage offerings
  • Monitor budgets, rostering, inventory, and overall financial performance

  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Handle guest feedback and uphold our reputation for excellence

About You:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management similar premium venue
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience is required
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for local ingredients
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong headed and kind hearted
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Professional presentation and great communication skills
  • Availability for weekend and evening shifts
