Blue Gum Community School is a unique small school in Inner North Canberra, offering programs from birth to 16 years (Playgroups through to Year 10).
We offer Preschool classes for 3-5 year olds at our Hackett Campus & our Dickson Campus. 'Word of mouth' recommendations from families ensure that our high-quality education programs attract a long waiting list.
So, we're excited to invite outstanding early childhood teachers (or diploma-qualified educators) to join our wonderful team. We have a full-time position available from the start of 2026; casual work is also available in Term While full-time is preferred, part-time may be considered for the right candidate.
We're looking for people who are avowed advocates for the importance of early childhood education, particularly in the preschool years… people who relish working alongside small groups of young children, as they explore the world around them with a sense of awe and wonder… people who value children's amazing capabilities…
