Your RoleWe are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Client Advisor – Inside Sales with a genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and strong customer relationships.
In this role, you will be part of our Club team, supporting and developing partnerships with fitness studios, wellness centers and sports facilities across Australia.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an excellent remote customer experience, drive sales performance, and help expand our B2B network.
Drive B2B sales performance through proactive outreach, lead qualification, and customer follow-up
Build and maintain long-term relationships with fitness studios, wellness clubs, and business partners via phone, email, and digital channels
Identify new business opportunities by researching markets, contacting prospects, and promoting our product portfolio
Provide tailored product advice and help customers find the right solutions for their business needs
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date customer information
Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups, supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to order
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution
You are passionate about fitness and wellness, enthusiastic, and proactive - while maintaining a structured, service-oriented approach.
You thrive on connecting with people, enjoy sales conversations, and know how to build trust and long-term partnerships through excellent communication.
What you bring:
2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or B2B Account Management (preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and customer-focused mindset
Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Passion for fitness, health, and an active lifestyle
A team-oriented, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude
