Human Resources Advisor

What you'll be doing:

• Advising business owners across a wide range of industries, on day-to-day HR issues and longer-term projects — from compliance matters to improving how teams perform using your bespoke policies and guidance.

• Contributing to the internal HR operations for a professional services company

• Executing HR scopes of work, such as contracts, policies and audits, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance

• Visiting clients to strengthen relationships and gain hands-on exposure across diverse workplaces

To be successful, you'll also need:

• 3 years of relevant HR experience, with an understanding of employment law, Award interpretation and HR best practice

• A relevant HR qualification

• A current driver's licence (for client site visits).

• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
