The Opportunity

This is an exciting early-career opportunity for a Performance & Reward Analyst looking to move from a consulting environment into an in-house role, gaining exposure to global reward, benefits and performance frameworks in an ASX-listed/NZX-listed environment.

Reporting to the Group Head of Performance & Reward, you'll play a key role in supporting remuneration, benefits and performance initiatives across multiple geographies learning from experienced leaders while building your technical depth and commercial confidence.

If you love working with data, excel modelling and turning insights into action, this role will give you the breadth, structure and growth in an inhouse dynamic commercial environment that you're looking for.

What You'll Be Doing

Across Performance, Reward and Benefits, you'll support the delivery and continuous improvement of our global frameworks, including:

Reward & Remuneration

• Supporting job grading, benchmarking and remuneration range development across markets
• Assisting with salary surveys (Korn Ferry), annual salary review cycles and incentive calculations
• Preparing Excel-based models, spreadsheets and reward letters
• Supporting compliance activities including modern award classifications and WGEA reporting

Performance

• Supporting performance cycles, calibration processes and reporting
• Preparing Excel and PowerPoint materials to support leader decision-making
• Acting as a super-user for performance modules within Oracle HCM

Benefits

• Assisting with global benefits administration and communications
• Supporting wellbeing initiatives and researching new benefit offerings
• Responding to benefits-related queries from leaders and team members

Data & Reporting

• Producing ad-hoc reports, dashboards and insights for P&C and stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement of reporting capability across the Group

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an analytical and detail-driven early-career analyst who is ready to step into an in-house role and develop a rewarding career in our People and Culture team.

You'll ideally have:

• 12+ months' experience in a consulting, advisory or analyst role (HR, reward, data or people analytics)
• Strong Excel capability -including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and array formulas such as SUMIF / AVERAGEIF
• A genuine interest in reward, performance, benefits and people data
• Confidence working with numbers and translating data into clear insights
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive information
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Exposure to Tier 1 HRIS platforms (Oracle HCM, Workday or SuccessFactors)
• Power BI or data visualisation experience
• Familiarity with job evaluation frameworks
