Help people create their tomorrow, while you create yours

We help people with their banking, super, retirement and finances. Through upturns, downturns, recessions, and major life transitions. Every day, we help people see and make more of their financial potential, so that they can create their tomorrow. And we've been doing it for over 175 years.

If we do our job well, we genuinely add to the prosperity of our country and its people.

How will you make an impact

Security, Risk and Compliance (SRC), supports AMP's strategy through delivering easy, effortless processes and experiences for customers and employees alike. To better protect AMP from both ever-increasing and more sophisticated cyber threats, and to further meet the obligations of a more complex regulatory environment, Cyber Security is undergoing significant uplift and will move us from a reactive posture to one that is more pre-emptive and proactive, meeting challenges head-on.

The Security Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs and security solutions by supporting strategic programmes therefore ensuring AMP aligns to its Risk appetite. This role leads the analysis, design, and documentation of security requirements for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations, Secure by Design principles, and organisational risk appetite. The Security BA drives Agile delivery, facilitates process mapping (BPMN), and champions continuous improvement to uplift security capabilities across the enterprise.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in security or risk domains
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CPS 234) and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN tools (e.g., Visio, Drawio)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Preferred certifications: CBAP, Agile BA, SAFe Agilist

Why we think you'll love working at AMP
