Your Role and Responsibilities: As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll work closely with a Senior Property Manager in a supportive, high-energy environment. You'll handle diverse responsibilities that give you autonomy, flexibility, and a strong foundation in the property management space. This role is designed to help you build the essential skills to excel and grow in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing proactive support to a Senior Property Manager within our residential property management team
- Responding to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
- Liaising directly with clients and tenants to deliver exceptional service
- Performing general administrative duties to keep our team running smoothly
- Coordinating property inspections and handling entry and exit reports
- Assisting with maintenance requests and supporting team members

Requirements:
- A reliable vehicle & current drivers licence
- Willingness to complete the Real Estate Licence Course if not yet certified
