About the job

The Research and Content Liaison will play a pivotal role within the Content Team, serving as the primary point of contact for domestic and international research partners to facilitate the successful adaptation, translation, and reproduction of Moderated Online Social Therapy (MOST) content for trials and research initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Content and Community Innovation you will;

  • Content Liaison & Portfolio Management: Act as the central contact for adapting and implementing MOST content across research trials worldwide.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with partners to ensure culturally relevant, evidence-based digital content, and provide training and support.
  • Project Coordination: Track progress, workflows, and deliverables using tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Content Authoring & Quality Assurance: Support the creation, editing, and review of digital content to meet research and trial objectives.
  • Administration & Reporting: Manage meetings, documentation, and project records, and provide administrative support to senior content leaders.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as psychology, public health, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Content Development & Quality Assurance: Skilled in developing, editing, and managing evidence-based digital content, with experience in translation, adaptation, and cultural tailoring.
  • Project & Technical Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, set up systems for workflows and milestones, and use digital tools for content collaboration, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Global Collaboration: Strong communication skills with experience working across domestic and international research partners, including flexibility for global time zones.
  • Research & Mental Health Focus: Background in health, education, or research contexts, with passion for supporting digital mental health initiatives and delivering high-quality, innovative outcomes.
