Our client is a well-established growing company that finds and attracts the best talent in the market and delivers people-focused solutions for Australia's leading businesses. They successfully operate a range of marketplaces such a Finance, IT and the Legal Services industry and are passionate about delivering unrivalled service by putting people's interests first.

Our client is looking for a motivated graduate to join as an entry-level recruitment consultant.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, inter-personal and written communication skills with the ability to cope with competing demands.
  • Goal orientated and ambitious
  • Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop

The role:

  • Responsible for the ongoing and sustainable growth of client accounts and candidate relationships, through filling permanent and/or temporary job orders and providing solutions to assist clients and candidates with their employment needs.
  • Identifying and taking advantage of new and existing business opportunities, your focus is to grow your allocated specialisation and increase market share for your division.
