Parlor Bar and Kitchen is looking for an Senior Cdp or Junior Sous.
Our cafe relaunched 8 weeks ago and is getting busier by the day.
We are about to launch social media , new menus and dinners.
What we are looking for
A Passionate Chef who loves everything food, someone with attention to detail and has solid experience. Must be calm under pressure and a team player.
Salary will be paid pro rata based on the hours you work each week.
Requirements:
Knowledge of running the pass.
- Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Experience is a must.
- Must have work experience in and environment where making things in house is done.
- Ordering Stock and Prep Management
- Collaborate with Head Chef on menu development and specials
You will work along side the Head Chef to continually improve the quality of food.
Ongoing training and development within the cafe.
Set roster of Thursday - Saturday with a double shift on Saturday.
With the possibility of a full time role down the track
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $61,855.24 – $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
