We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dayforce Lead to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with specific experience and knowledge in Workforce Management (e.g. rostering, scheduling, time & attendance or Dayforce Talent (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning, Succession Planning, Engagement.
As a Senior Consultant you will play a crucial role in contributing to the successful implementation of projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and collaborating with team members to help educate and development their solution capabilities.

A typical day for Lead you be focusing on implementing Dayforce workforce management solutions at Deloitte is dynamic and multifaceted, balancing client engagement, solution design, team collaboration, and continuous learning. Your day will be a blend of technical work, client interaction, problem-solving, continuous learning and team collaboration, all aimed at delivering exceptional Dayforce workforce management solutions.

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you'll certainly have deep expertise in workforce management (including rostering, scheduling and time & attendance), you'll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (min. 2 years) as a senior consultant implementing, supporting or client working with Workforce management solutions
- E xperience in interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements, including system interpretation of employee entitlement in a business analyst or functional consultant role
- Specialist knowledge in Dayforce payroll or equivalent technology, however 'hands on' direct experience in Dayforce would be a major advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
