We are hiring a vigilant and dependable Asset Protection Specialist to help safeguard company assets, reduce shrinkage, and ensure a safe working and shopping environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of integrity, observational skills, and knowledge of loss prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor store premises and surveillance systems to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and suspicious behavior

Conduct investigations and interviews in cases of internal or external theft

Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel when necessary

Assist in conducting regular audits, inventory counts, and safety inspections

Support loss prevention initiatives and train staff on company policies and theft deterrence

Enforce security protocols and ensure emergency procedures are followed

Write detailed reports on incidents, losses, and recovery efforts

Support the Asset Protection Manager in implementing and maintaining security systems and procedures

Promote a safe and secure environment for employees and customers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or bachelors degree preferred)

12 years of experience in asset protection, retail security, or loss prevention

Strong observational, communication, and reporting skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, and incident reporting

Familiarity with relevant security and safety regulations

Must be physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods
