We're looking for driven, motivated sales professionals to join our team:

  • Sales Manager (WA) – to lead, train, and drive the performance of our growing team.
  • Sales Consultants – to meet customers, assess site needs, and close deals with honesty and confidence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Manager (WA)

  • Lead and motivate a team of consultants across WA.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and training programs.
  • Monitor team performance, targets, and lead conversion rates.
  • Liaise with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage and report on regional sales performance to the national operations team.

Sales Consultant

  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads.
  • Conduct home assessments (in-person or virtual).
  • Prepare and present customised quotes for solar, heat pump, and water filter systems.
  • Explain product benefits and government rebates to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer relationships.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in solar or renewable energy sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Team player with leadership potential (for manager role).
  • Knowledge of WA energy rebates or plumbing/electrical experience is a plus.
