Are you an experienced cleaning professional ready to step into a dynamic Account Manager role? We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to manage cleaning sites across Sydney's Northern Beaches. What You'll Be Doing:

As our Account Manager, you'll be the face of our service excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and conducting regular site visits and initial cleaning check-ins
  • Monitoring cleaning quality and inspecting cleaners' rooms
  • Preparing Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) and resolving safety concerns
  • Identifying scope changes and referring to quoting systems or sales for re-quotes
  • Quoting ad hoc services and updating quote statuses
  • Handling and documenting customer complaints professionally
  • Ensuring cleaner check-ins are consistent and cleaners are trained on the app
  • Implementing hierarchy of controls to address safety issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of all site visits

What You Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of cleaning industry experience
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong admin and computer literacy (Microsoft Office, quoting systems, etc.)
  • Have an smartphone IOS or Android operational system.
