Senior Performance Analyst
– Drive Insightful Investment Decisions

• Deliver in-depth performance analysis and attribution for investment portfolios, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Produce accurate performance measurement and analytical responses for internal and external client queries.
• Build and implement complex calculation models, evaluate risk and performance, and collaborate with Risk Management to enhance risk-adjusted returns.
• Contribute thought leadership to a global operational model while driving process efficiency and applying robust risk controls.
• Identify opportunities to meet evolving client needs, assess trends, and communicate key findings to senior management.
• Stay ahead of industry standards in performance methodology, attribution analysis, and benchmark construction, while engaging in special projects that shape the future of investment performance analysis.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in performance analysis or financial services.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (CFA preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, with confidence presenting to senior management.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
