We're seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Ariba
and
Procure-to-Pay processes
to join a dynamic Financial Services program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive supplier enablement and onboarding into PeopleSoft and Ariba.
  • Support suppliers unfamiliar with Ariba, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Analyse business processes and reports to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to optimise Ariba functionalities.
  • Contribute to reducing manual work in the procure-to-pay process.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with
    Ariba
    (including complex functionalities).
  • Strong understanding of
    procure-to-pay workflows
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple streams and adapt to evolving project priorities.

Contract Details:

  • Initial term: 6 months (with potential extension).
  • Location: Melbourne or Sydney.
  • Competitive daily rate: $800 + super.
