What you'll be doing

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting older adults in their rehabilitation journey. You'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes and enhancing patient experiences. Key responsibilities will be to:

• Provide nursing care aligned with individual care plans
• Recognise and respond to changes in patient condition
• Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Essential Criteria:

• Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
• Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
