Area Manager

Viva Leisure parent company to Club Lime one of Australia's leading fitness companies are looking for a new Area Manager to join the team in ACT. This position will drive memberships and create an experience, passion, and growth-filled environment

As an Area Manager, we require a strong operationally focused mind and skill set that allows others with the right attitude the opportunity to grow. This role provides the opportunity to develop personally and as a team in a culture of growth and excellence.

This role reports to the State Manager and is part of a focused leadership team. As a leader, you will oversee a group of clubs to support, manage and communicate goals and objectives while supporting operational and financial success for Club Lime locations.

• Clear and concise communication with demonstrated time management
• Leadership and management experience and demonstrated operational excellence
• A passion for fitness, well-being, and the positive impact it can bring to people's lives
• Ability to train teams and increase member sales
• Ability to implement structures and strategies
• Ability to provide the best member experience
• First aid (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
• CPR (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
• Driver's license & access to a vehicle as the role will require travel

• Develop and deliver training for teams
• Develop and implement operational tools to increase operational excellence and standards
• Lead and operate multiple Club Lime clubs with the club managers
• Develop and analyse data for educating other club managers
• Devise and implement plans for underperforming sites to deliver immediate and long-term improvement to member numbers
• Lead, communicate and grow talent within operating clubs
• Ensure that clubs operate and function at a high standard
