This will include introduction of performance measurement to monitor developer experience.

About this role:   The Project Manager will manage a number of the key components of the recently established strategic project to "improve how we plan for growth" and will be responsible for aspects of project delivery. This includes:

  • Project leadership: manage the end-to-end delivery of this culture-led project, ensuring alignment with organisational values and strategic outcomes.
  • Stakeholder engagement: build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, development industry groups/organisations and government directorates involved in the growth planning framework and developer journey.
  • Project delivery: produce and/or review artefacts (eg. plans, analysis, papers) to contribute to relevant outcomes and deliverables.
  • Consultant management: manage external consultants ensuring quality service delivery, milestones are met, budget is managed and knowledge is transferred to internal teams.
  • Change management: implement change management strategies during the discovery and design phases of the project, that set the implementation phase up for success.
  • Project management: including project plans, schedules, cost/benefits control, risk/issue registers and records management. Provide input to Strategy Implementation Program governance and control activities as appropriate.
  • Governance and resource management: maintenance of governance for the strategic focus area, coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing resources and risks and ensuring alignment with the broader strategy implementation program.
