About the role
Crommelin AgriCoatings is looking for a skilled part-time Bookkeeping and Admin person to join our team in Rockingham WA 6168. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality bookkeeping and administrative support to our small but growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, and assisting with other general office duties
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles, preferably within a small business or accounting practice
- Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (Xero)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Australian work rights required for this position
- Availability for 16-20 hours per week required
