Job DescriptionHow you'll make a difference
- Lead and contribute to transport and traffic engineering projects, including transport impact assessments and design development; experience in micro/meso modelling or road safety is a plus.
- Advise on technical transport requirements during planning, optioneering, and concept development stages for infrastructure and planning projects.
- Manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects while supporting large-scale initiatives, ensuring client needs are met.

The qualities that help you thrive

- Proven expertise in transport impact assessments, intersection modelling, and inclusive road design, with strong knowledge of local traffic engineering standards across diverse project scales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, ensuring delivery of technically sound outcomes on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships and working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Desirable experience in Road Safety Audits, Road Safety Assessments, and micro/meso modelling.
- Committed, adaptable, and eager to learn, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; holds a degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
