Female Youth Disability Support Worker – NOOSA TRIATHLON WEEKEND

Casual / Part-Time | Immediate Start

We are seeking a kind, reliable, and energetic female Youth Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support for a young female participant in NOOSA

This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, enjoys engaging with young people, and can create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.

About the Role:

You will support the participant in her daily routines and social activities, helping her build confidence, independence, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support
  • Assist with after-school routines and weekend outings
  • Support with community access and social activities
  • Encourage positive relationships and personal growth

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting young people or individuals with disabilities
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Youth Work, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Must be female (participant preference)
  • Friendly, patient, and professional
