To succeed in this role, candidates must have:
">">- Advanced Scaffolding Ticket (intermediate may be considered with strong experience).
- Current Rio Tinto Induction (advantageous)
- White Card.
- HRWL (Scaffolding) certification.
- Working at Heights (WAH) certification.
- Confined Space Entry (CSE) certification.
- Valid Driver's Licence & Passport.
- Up-to-date National Police Clearance (within 28 days).
- Ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing.
In addition to these qualifications, candidates should demonstrate:

- Previous FIFO shutdown or maintenance experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing schedules.
