About the Role
This rewarding role combines executive-level support with strategic

reporting, dashboards, and compliance documentation. - Liaise
professionally with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear
and timely communication. - Maintain
confidentiality, governance compliance, and high standards of
recordkeeping for sensitive and strategic information. - Support
the planning and delivery of divisional initiatives, leadership forums,
and organisational priorities. - Undertake
any other duties as reasonably directed by the CPO or SCC leadership.
About You
You're a highly organised, professional, and proactive individual who thrives
in a fast-paced, executive support environment. You combine exceptional
administrative expertise with strategic awareness, enabling senior leaders to
focus on delivering outcomes across the organisation.

executive correspondence and organisational communications. - Strong
organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage
competing demands. - High
level of discretion, judgement, and professionalism when handling
sensitive information. - Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. - Current
Full Driver's Licence.
Desirable:
- Experience
in human resources, workforce, or people operations functions. - Experience
preparing Board or Executive papers, governance documents, and regulatory
