Tree Climber/Groundsman

We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber/Groundsman to join our team in this full-time position. You will work alongside a dedicated crew that operates autonomously throughout the day. This is a senior supporting role to the Leading Hand, where you will have the opportunity to provide guidance and mentorship to our junior staff.

Requirements:

  1. Tree climbing and ground work experience
  2. Cert III in Arboriculture (or equivalent experience)
  3. Desired Truck License (to drive and operate a truck)
  4. Proven experience in tree climbing and/or ground work
  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  6. Positive attitude and commitment to safety
  7. Ability to work efficiently and independently
