Tip Top Capalaba are currently seeking Full-Time Production Operators to join our Processing team. As a Production Operator, you will be at the heart of our fast-paced FMCG environment, helping to keep Australia fed with fresh, high-quality baked goods. 

This role is fast-paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination, packing and quality checking. You will be standing on your feet for long periods of time, and the general duties involve manual handling (Lifting, pushing, pulling) and repetitive tasks, so it is important applicants are comfortable with physical tasks.

Rosters:

  • Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm)
  • Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Purpose of the Role 

  • Operate and monito machinery to keep production running smoothly
  • Inspect and pack products for quality, with precision and care
  • Maintain top tier food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work collaboratively to meet production targets
  • Maintain accurate records and report any issues accoridngly
About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Manufacturing and warehousing experience desirable
  • Food processing background highly regarded
  • A strong safety mindset
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative attitude 
  • Own car and license
