You will be walking into an office that boasts an impressive boutique brand and supportive management with great structure and processes in place so that you can focus on what you do best - Property Management.

They are a close, stable team located in a trendy and impressive area (Near Glenelg) and are looking for their next team member who is passionate and looking for a long term move into Property Management. 

ROLE DETAILS:

  • Portfolio management - Portfolio size will depend on experience
  • Admin support
  • Company Car or Car Allowance on offer
  • Support from Department Manager
  • No trust accounting required
  • Structured and organized systems
  • Fuel Allowance provided
  • Professional and consistent processes
  • Salary: for the Junior - $65k - $75K + Super + Car Allowance
  • Salary: for more experienced - North of $80,000 + (all allowances)
  • Amazing team longevity

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE:

  • 6 Months to 1+ years experience as a Portfolio Property Manager showing stability and proven loyalty
  • Current property management license
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills
  • Self efficient and ability to work autonomously
  • Desire to progress in the industry
