**Account Executive**

An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious broker to join a well established and growing Mornington Peninsula/South Eastern Suburbs based brokerage. With state of the art offices and a reputation for developing the brightest talent, this marks a rare opportunity to join the business.

**The Role**:

- At least 3+ years of insurance related experience.
- Manage and grow a portfolio
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Willingness to follow up on warm leads generated by the business, grow the book organically and undertake development activities of your own
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Tier 1 broking essential.

**Your Experience**:

- Sound experience in an insurance broking firm
- Broad knowledge of commercial lines
- Account management experience
- Experience retaining clients and quoting new business
- Enjoy working collaboratively with a team
- Works efficiently by being highly organised and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
