Job description:

Join our Utility Central team and take charge of assembling Komatsu OEM equipment—from base machine assembly to installing customer-specific options and running performance tests. You'll ensure every piece meets Komatsu's top quality standards and follows all Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), installation guides, and customer specs for the Utility product line.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble Komatsu equipment fully and accurately in Utility Central.

  • Install customer-specified local options with precision.

  • Conduct thorough performance testing on all equipment.

  • Follow all safety protocols, installation manuals, and customer requirements.

Roster: Monday to Friday with overtime available

Location: Fairfield, NSW

Rate: $75,800 - $101, 800 pa (based on a 38-hour week, as per EA, dependent on your level of experience) plus Tool Allowance $800 per year.

What You Bring:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification and relevant licenses (Forklift, Overhead Gantry, etc.) or ability to obtain them.

  • Full Driver's License as required by your state and Work Cover.

  • Solid experience in utility, construction, or mining machinery environments.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to work smoothly with internal teams.

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and random drug testing.

  • First Aid certificate is a plus.
