What you'll do
You'll turn complex regulatory requirements into practical, day-to-day processes that strengthen Tabcorp's compliance framework. You'll work across Legal, Technology, Risk, and business teams to design controls, monitor compliance, and embed a strong compliance culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Translating regulations into practical, testable controls and monitoring programs.
- Advising business teams on obligations and embedding compliance into processes.
- Conducting reviews, spot checks, and investigations to identify gaps or emerging risks.
- Preparing clear reports for senior leaders and supporting audit readiness and regulatory engagement.
What you'll bring
- Expertise in designing compliance frameworks, controls, and monitoring programs.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them pragmatically in a commercial setting.
- Strong communication skills to educate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to spot risks, prioritise actions, and design practical solutions.
- Independence and confidence in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
