What You'll Be Doing

  • Chasing and closing big deals - full stop
  • Working with warm leads from our internal BDR team
  • Owning your pipeline with sharp strategy and fast follow-up
  • Smashing your weekly and quarterly sales targets
  • Building repeat business and retained clients with ongoing potential

The Successful Candidates

  • Closers - you know how to move fast and land deals
  • Proven background in new business development, cold sales or high-pressure B2B&B2C sales
  • Preferably 2 years proven experience in B2B/B2C sales with demonstrated success in closing deals
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating large contracts
  • Resilient, resourceful, and relentlessly target-driven
  • Healthcare industry experience NOT required - we provide full product training
  • Bonus: Experience selling into clinics, providers, or regulated sectors? That's gold
  • Must have permanent Australian work rights
