Role Description

We're looking for driven and experienced, Solar Sales Consultants to handle high-intent, warm appointments set directly into your calendar by appointment setters. No cold calling. No door-knocking.

Attend the appointments, run consultations, and close deals using our proven solar sales framework and your sales skills.

Your role is simple:

Show up → Run structured consultations → Close deals.

As a Solar Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct qualification/discovery calls
  • Present tailored solar & battery solutions
  • Provide expert product advice
  • Build and issue quotes using industry leading tools
  • Manage your pipeline and follow-up process
  • Represent our partnered solar companies professionally

You'll be selling to residential or commercial customers, helping them understand their energy needs and recommending the right solutions.

We provide the training, the leads, and the system.

You bring the hunger to win.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years sales experience (Anything less will not be considered)

  • Strong communication & phone presence

  • Sales or high-ticket closing experience (solar preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable working remotely & managing your own schedule
  • Ability to follow proven systems and processes
  • Coachable, ambitious, and disciplined
  • Integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic
  • Bonus: Solar experience or understanding of batteries/energy systems
