Salary: $68,000 to $74,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus superannuation

Ramana Group Pty Ltd is a banana farm situated in Utchee Creek, Far North Queensland. We are seeking motivated, reliable, active, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fruit Farm Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Australia's vibrant agricultural sector.

The ideal candidates will be physically strong, able to manage both indoor and outdoor duties, possess keen attention to detail, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from $68,000 to $74,000 (depending on experience), plus superannuation.

Successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks on our fruit farm, including planting, harvesting, and packaging fruits.

• Plant, maintain, and harvest fruits according to company standards 

  and procedures
• Operate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors and harvesters
• Assist with stringing, de-leafing, irrigation, de-suckering, bagging, and bell injecting

• Stack and de-hand fruits

• Sort and grade fruits for packaging and distribution

• Pack and label fruits for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and regulations

• Communicate any issues or concerns to the farm supervisor

• Assist with other farm duties as needed

• Previous experience working on a farm or in agriculture (preferred)

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when required
