Hi there

We are looking to expand our team at Rita's Farm Produce. We are looking for people (ideally local to South West Sydney) who like to wake up early, a "go go go " attitude and attention to detail.

We are a small farm growing organic fruits & vegetables that pack orders for home delivery across NSW and ACT. Your day to day work will include "shopping" for orders off a list

e.g 1kg banana + 1kg apple + 1kg potatoes

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading of cartons
  • Pack pick lists
  • Monitoring quality of fruits and vegetables
  • Provide the customers with consistent, fresh organic food
  • Keep warehouse, shelves and displays clean and stocked.
  • Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked
  • Maintain inventory in good order
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
  • Excellent knowledge on Fruits & Vegetables, including names, varieties, sizing, specifications, quality and potential quality issues for each variety.
  • Able to effectively work in a team
  • Can follow through with assigned tasks
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Can work to deadlines
  • Driving License
  • Forklift License not necessarily but a bonus.
  • Must be able to lift 20-25kg.
