  • 6% annual retention bonus
  • 6% wage increase over EA term
  • All-purpose rate (APM 28%)
  • New rosters with up to 134 days off/year
  • Reduced lift-up/lay-back hours
  • Flexible rosters: Bowen & Sarina (6/3, 6/4), Coppabella (7/4 or 7/7), Nebo (7/4 or 7/5)
  • Remote living incentives & Civeo village accommodation (Coppabella & Nebo)

You'll need:

  • Certificate IV in Train Driving (upload with application)
  • Proven experience as a Qualified Locomotive Driver
  • Unrestricted driver's licence
