Your key relationships will be with the Kitchen Managers and the Kitchen Admin team, collaborating closely to ensure the seamless operation of the MCEC kitchen. As the right hand to the Kitchen Administration Manager, you'll be entrusted with managing vital correspondence, making you a crucial piece of the puzzle in this culinary adventure. About the Role
- Provide a wide range of general administration service in accordance with the departmental corporate objectives.
- Coordinate production schedules and recipes for each section daily
- Produce weekly trolley labels.
- Chef menu selection templates for bespoke menus including m lounge.
- Continual management of data entry (Events / Recipes / Amendments ) into Resort Executive programme
- Generate purchase orders in EBMS for the designated suppliers
- Prepare event orders, floor plans and other written information in detail as required for each allocated event.
- Produce food safety labels for various usage.
- Assist with the Completion of reports and statistical analysis for culinary team.

Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders is a key asset, as you manage incoming communications and respond with professionalism and timeliness. With a keen eye for detail, confidentiality, and a knack for managing multiple projects with finesse, you're the missing ingredient we need.
