The Company

The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Supplier Quality Manager to join our small but growing Quality team. If you're passionate about food, love digging into the detail, and get a buzz out of making things better, this could be your next big move.

In this role, you'll help lift the bar when it comes to supplier compliance and quality—working with the people who bring Chobani's ingredients, packaging and services to life.

You'll work closely with our NPD, Procurement, Production and Quality teams to bring consistency and clarity to our supplier specs. It's a hands-on, collaborative role where you'll also help roll out KPIs, manage supplier performance and reduce risks across our supply chain.

It's a great time to join us as we continue to level up our operations. You'll play a key part in driving best practice, embedding continuous improvement and making sure our products meet all the right standards, whether that's for customers, certifications or regulations.

You'll be
based at our Dandenong South office and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid 3/2 working model.

Skills & Experience

Ideally, you're someone who has:


• 3–5 years' experience in Quality in the food industry, ideally with supplier audit exposure


• Solid understanding of root cause analysis, nonconformance, and complaint processes


• Familiarity with Halal and Kosher certification requirements


• Strong communication and influencing skills—you're not afraid to speak up


• An analytical mindset, curious nature, and a love for continuous improvement


• A huge passion about Quality and is confident driving change


• A degree in food science, microbiology, food safety or similar
