Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and onboard skilled tradespeople and professionals across a broad range of roles, from mechanics to healthcare specialists.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre talent.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Liaise with local and international candidates, providing support with visa processes and relocation requirements where applicable.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Assist with career expos, international seminars, and local networking events to promote Ready Resources.
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine recruitment practices and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Propose and implement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent both locally and internationally.

Who You Are

• An experienced recruiter or HR professional with a strong passion for innovation and growth.
• A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for talent and a genuine drive to connect people with opportunities.
• A confident and effective communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR-related role.
• A sales background or demonstrated selling capability is highly desirable.
• Able to confidently pitch and sell the business strategy to candidates and stakeholders.
• A strong, robust, and personable individual with the resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and key stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workforce requirements within the resources, energy, or construction industries is advantageous; however, a willingness to learn is equally valued.
